The version's document, its images written in as data addresses

The Markdown or HTML with each image it names from its own files (img/a.png or ./img/a.png) replaced by a data: address, for the viewer's frame, which cannot fetch from Pando. Same sandbox policy as a file. An image artifact answers its image.
