Documents uploaded to a branch's page (the pull request), never in
git: a Markdown or HTML file with the images it uses, or an image
(research/plans/artifacts-2026-10-12/SPEC.md). Bytes in R2, rows in
the monorepo object. The same name again is the next version; every
version is kept. Comments are Plannotator's annotations (the anchor is
stored as written, never read by the server) with Pando's thread:
replies one level deep, open or resolved. Members only; any member
may delete an artifact (every version, its bytes and comments go, with
no undo).

Limits: 10 MiB an artifact in all, its document at most 1.5 MiB, 20
files; 100 artifacts on a branch; 500 threads on one version, 100
replies in a thread; a comment 65,536 characters, its anchor 16,384
bytes and 16 extra HTML elements; 10 people named in one comment.
