`GET /v1/monorepos/{owner}/{monorepo}/repos/{repo}/commits/{sha}`

`branch` is the branch it was pushed on, when Pando knows it: the
earliest branch that listed it among its own commits (the newest 250
of each branch are recorded when Pando compares the branch with main),
else a branch whose head it is or was, else the branch a session saw it
on. `merge_of` is set when the commit is Pando's merge of a branch into
the default branch. `author_person` is the person whose sign-in email
(or `<login>@users.pando.invalid`) is the author's, when they can open
the monorepo.

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `credential`, http, header `Authorization`
- `session`, apiKey, in cookie

## Path parameters

- `getCommit.path.owner` (string, required) — The monorepo's owner, a namespace (a person's login or an organization). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9]|-(?=[a-z0-9])){0,38}$`
- `getCommit.path.monorepo` (string, required) — The monorepo's name within its owner (or an old name). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9._]|-(?!-)){0,38}$`
- `getCommit.path.repo` (string, required) — The repo's `name` (`projects-web`).
- `getCommit.path.sha` (string, required) — A full sha, or its first 7 to 39 characters. A short one is looked up among the commits Pando has recorded in the repo (branch heads, branches' own commits, merges, checks, sessions' commits), then in main's newest 1,000 first-parent commits (one Artifacts read); a 404 when none or more than one starts so.
