## Fields

- `Tag.name` (string, required)
- `Tag.sha` (string | null, required) — The commit (an annotated tag peeled); null until read.
- `Tag.annotated` (boolean, required)
- `Tag.created_by` (string | null, required) — Null when Pando found the tag rather than saw it pushed.
- `Tag.created_at` (string, required)
  - format `date-time`
- `Tag.updated_at` (string, required)
  - format `date-time`
- `Tag.frozen` (boolean, required) — A published release holds it.
