- `NeedRow.monorepo` (string, required) — `owner/name`.
- `NeedRow.monorepo_id` (string, required)
- `NeedRow.repo` (string, required)
- `NeedRow.repo_path` (string, required)
- `NeedRow.branch` (string, required)
- `NeedRow.head` (string, required)
- `NeedRow.author` (string | null, required) — The user whose first push made the branch.
- `NeedRow.pushed_machine` (string | null, required) — The credential that last pushed it.
- `NeedRow.state` (string, required)
  - one of `"ready"`, `"conflicts"`, `"failing"`
- `NeedRow.checks` (object, required)
  - `NeedRow.checks.state` (string, optional)
  - `NeedRow.checks.failing` (array<string>, optional) — Contexts that failed or errored.
  - `NeedRow.checks.failing_apps` (map<string | null>, optional) — For each failing context, the CI service that reported it (`app`, for its mark), or null when a member posted it.
- `NeedRow.updated_at` (string | null, required) — The last push.
  - format `date-time`
