`GET /v1/monorepos/{owner}/{monorepo}/repos/{repo}/hooks/{hook_id}/deliveries`

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `credential`, http, header `Authorization`
- `session`, apiKey, in cookie

## Path parameters

- `listDeliveries.path.owner` (string, required) — The monorepo's owner, a namespace (a person's login or an organization). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9]|-(?=[a-z0-9])){0,38}$`
- `listDeliveries.path.monorepo` (string, required) — The monorepo's name within its owner (or an old name). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9._]|-(?!-)){0,38}$`
- `listDeliveries.path.repo` (string, required) — The repo's `name` (`projects-web`).
- `listDeliveries.path.hook_id` (string, required)

- `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries` (array<object>, required)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.id` (string, required)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.hook_id` (string, required)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.event` (string, required) — `branch.opened`: the first push of a branch. `push`: any push through the door that moves or deletes a branch. `merged`: a Pando merge landed a branch; a buildkite hook builds main's merge commit (`merge_commit`) on main (`main_branch`). `tag`: a tag pushed, moved or deleted (or made by publishing a release): `tag` is its name, `head` its commit (zeros when deleted).
    - one of `"push"`, `"branch.opened"`, `"merged"`, `"tag"`
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.status` (string, required) — `queued`: waiting for its first try. `retrying`: the last try failed; `next_attempt_at` says when the next is. `dead`: the fifth try failed, or its hook or repo was deleted (redeliver to try again). `failed` appears only on deliveries from before 2026-10-03, between the fifth try and `dead`.
    - one of `"queued"`, `"retrying"`, `"delivered"`, `"failed"`, `"dead"`
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.attempts` (integer, required)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.created_at` (string, required)
    - format `date-time`
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.seq` (integer | null, optional) — The event stream's seq for the change. One delivery per (hook, event, seq): a retry, a redeliver or a replay reuses it.
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.response_code` (integer | null, optional)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.error` (string | null, optional)
  - `listDeliveries.response.200.deliveries.last_attempt_at` (string | null, optional)
