`GET /v1/monorepos/{owner}/{monorepo}/artifact-comments/{id}`

## Authentication

Requires one of the following:

- `credential`, http, header `Authorization`
- `session`, apiKey, in cookie

## Path parameters

- `getArtifactComment.path.owner` (string, required) — The monorepo's owner, a namespace (a person's login or an organization). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9]|-(?=[a-z0-9])){0,38}$`
- `getArtifactComment.path.monorepo` (string, required) — The monorepo's name within its owner (or an old name). Matched without case.
  - pattern `^[a-z0-9](?:[a-z0-9._]|-(?!-)){0,38}$`
- `getArtifactComment.path.id` (string, required)

- `getArtifactComment.response.200.id` (string, required)
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.artifact` (string, required)
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.version` (integer, required) — The version it was made on.
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.thread` (string, required) — The root's id.
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.in_reply_to` (string | null, required)
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.anchor` (unknown, required) — Plannotator's placing fields and Pando's context, opaque; null: the whole artifact. Roots only.
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.body` (string | null, required) — Null once deleted.
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.body_version` (integer, required)
- `getArtifactComment.response.200.author` (string, required)
